- Leading and participating in client and market meetings, both virtually and in person.
- Crafting tailored market submissions that effectively address client needs, managing placements from initial indications to confirmed coverage.
- Collaborating with team members to cultivate relationships with new clients, guiding them from initial discussions to securing their first policies, while also maintaining and servicing existing clients.
- Designing bespoke solutions for clients operating in both developed and emerging markets.
- Proactively engaging with the market to negotiate and secure optimal results for clients.
- Representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade conferences, with travel opportunities to Europe, EMEA, the US, and other key regions to foster and strengthen client relationships.
Skills and Experience for Success:
- Proven experience in the London Market within Credit & Political Risk insurance, either at a broker or insurer.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining effective client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance, including FCA standards.
- ACII qualification (or progress toward it) would be highly beneficial.
