A global Management Consultancy is recruiting for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for its UK arm.
Reporting to the Global CFO the successful applicant will be the key finance partner to the CEO and global leadership team, ensuring that financial and strategic growth goals are attained, support strategic analysis and decision-making, provide financial insight into business decisions, help business leaders formulate and operationalise strategy - assess the impact on financial goals and contribution towards key metrics (organic growth, margin improvement), build credibility and become a trusted partner and advisor to business leaders; ensure that business and non-finance leaders understand the importance of financial analysis for fact-based decision making, develop a deep understanding of business fundamentals, operating model, distribution channels, product offerings and market solutions and identify and communicate actionable insights around internal and external environmental factors impacting growth and profitability (i.e., trends, drivers, benchmarking, heat maps, competitor analysis).
This is a very strategic and analytically focused CFO role and applicants must demonstrate the ability to translate the vision into actionable, quantitative plans, set clear and measurable performance plans, rigorously monitor progress against such plans, and link action to business priorities.
Applicants must have at least 10+ years of relevant experience gained operating at a senior level within finance working within the Management Consultancy, Banking or Insurance sectors.
