A London market insurance business is currently recruiting for a Deputy IBA Credit Control Manager to strengthen its Business Operations function.
This IBA function has grown significantly over the last few years and it is anticipated this will continue in line with the expected further rapid growth of the business. In addition to having direct responsibility for the Credit Control function, this role requires a broader outlook to work across the IBA and finance functions to ensure that wider business and department objectives are met. This is a leadership role and will give direct support to the IBA Manager.
Accountable for the credit control function within the IBA department, organizing, planning, implementing strategy and maximizing efficiency.
Staff recruitment, training and development will also be a key element of the role as our client looks to continue to develop a team of talented individuals.
Applicants must have a proven track record working within the IBA / Credit Control field at a senior level, be comfortable managing / motivating a team and be passionate about making continuous improvements to an IBA function.
