A Global specialist Insurance and Risk Management organisation is currently recruiting for a Head of BI/Data to drive data and manage the whole data process within the business
OBJECTIVES :
- Be the data owner for all business information requirements in the UK&I, including the negotiation with our data suppliers
- Serve the needs of Information and Underwriting as their primary provider of data
- Ensure consistency and quality of our automatic scores be they mapped out from external input or build on raw data.
- Innovate, in supply to Information & RISK teams but also our Business Information Products and overall proposition.
- Provide technical support and solutions to the sales process, both upstream and in the implementation phase
- Link up with local region and Group stakeholders to be aligned on projects and initiatives. Carry the group or regional projects into the UK&I.
PROFILE :
Expected knowledge/experience/qualifications:
- Proven experience in data management is preferred
- Understanding of B2B data and information and how to use it for both internal and external purposes
- Well networked within the industry is an advantage
- An understanding and ability to follow standards and procedures
