Our client, a prestigious Lloyd's broker, have a new opening for a Claims Manager. This role will involve working closely with the Claims Director and handling a varied caseload of Property and Casualty claims.
People management experience is not essential, but preferable. Our client are open to considering someone who has excellent technical claims experience (minimum 5 years’ experience) and looking to advance their career.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for day-to-day processing of larger/more complex claims including review and assistance where coverage is disputed
Ensuring that bordereaux are processed in a timely manner by the team and funds are kept topped up
Maintaining relationships with Third party Administrators and ensuring the efficient running of outsourced contracts.
