Position: R & Shiny Developer
Salary: up to £60,000 per annum + Bonus
Location: City of London (Hybrid Working)
A major Insurance company is looking for an R & Shiny Developer to join their experiments team.
Combining rapid application development and data science, the client creates prototypes that demonstrate the viability and potential of new business ideas. They are a small but diverse team with development, analytics, business and data science experience and the main technologies they use are R with Tidyverse and Shiny, Terraform with AWS, and occasionally Python.
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has experience with using either R, Python, SQL, Shiny or someone from a data analytics or data science background.
You do not need to be an expert in this technologies you just need to have a good working knowledge of them or have the competence to pick them up.
The client is willing to take on a graduate with a few years of experience or someone more senior that is interested in this role. So there is a lot of flexibility for this new and exciting role.
