A leading Wholesale Broker are looking for a Marine Cargo Broker to join their growing team. You will be responsible for handling a number of accounts as well as managing their market relationships.
As the Marine Cargo Broker you will ensure that the company remains a primary London Broker in the Marine Sector. Re-broke policies at renewal and ensure terms are provided to agents within good time prior to renewal date. Assist in the development of new products and schemes with syndicates/cover providers and develop relationships at a senior level with supporting syndicates and agents.
You will have the knowledge of underwriting criteria, rating, terms and conditions to a sufficient depth in order to negotiate and place complex London Market risks.
To succeed in this role you will need to be a team player that can utilise new
and existing broker relationships and cross referrals from other parts of the group businesses in a collaborative manner.
