Brilliant opportunity for an insurance professional with a Commercial Combined background to join a leading insurer as an Underwriter with a clear progression plan.
This opportunity to be an Underwriter has come about because of an internal promotion. You ideally will have 2-3 years underwriting background in Commercial Combined with underwriting authority or getting sign off in your current job. This could further suit an individual in insurance with the Commercial Combined background looking to get into underwriting or returning back to insurance wanting to become an Underwriter!
You will be looking after premiums with an average size of £20,000, further reviewing 75% of the complex risks, as well as dealing with MTAs, renewals, cover and claims queries and further negotiating with Brokers.
