Senior Compliance and Risk Analyst (6 MONTH FTC)
4 DAY WORK WEEK
Salary: £60,000

A huge Insurance/ Reinsurance company is looking for a Senior Compliance and Risk Analyst. The main purpose of this role is to deliver the regular review of compliance with Lloyd’s Principles for Doing Business and the annual attestation to Lloyd’s.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with experience in either risk or compliance within the Insurance sector who also is familiar with the Lloyd's regulations and frameworks.
The role offers a lot of flexibility with hybrid working and the client would allow for a 4 day work week.
Your main duties will be to
- Implement new regulation
- undertake gap analyses to understand the action required
- Develop an implementation plan to efficiently deliver the regulatory requirements
- To monitor the completion of regulatory deliverables across the business
- To assist the Head of Legal and Compliance and the Company Secretary in developing the company’s governance structure and delivering governance projects
- To deliver the regular review of compliance with Lloyd’s Principles for Doing Business and the annual attestation to Lloyd’s
- To assist in day-to-day management of the company’s corporate insurance programme liaising with the business to address queries and insurance requirements and with the brokers to effect required changes to the programme and ensure an efficient renewal process
