As company founder Matthew has built Harrison Holgate from the core principles of long term partnerships, trust and transparency.

Initially commencing his career within the insurance industry Matthew worked within Claims, Underwriting & Sales before moving into recruitment with a large PLC firm.

With a 23 year track record successfully recruiting within Underwriting, Broking and Claims Matthew now focuses on running and growing the Underwriting and Broking unit.

Kieran Laking-Morris

Kieran is the Manager of the Underwriting and Broking team at Harrison Holgate, with a personal focus on recruiting in the senior underwriting market within specialty and wholesale.

With 5 years’ experience Kieran enjoys the technical areas of the market and speciality classes of business.

Kieran enjoys building lasting relationships within the Lloyd’s and London market, taking a consultative approach to all parties he interacts with.
