Neal Pavitt

With an extensive 20+ year history recruiting within the Insurance and Reinsurance Finance & Accounting sector Neal joined Harrison Holgate in 2012 from a boutique insurance specialist to establish a Finance & Accounting Division.

While Neal mostly focuses on more senior and C-Suite Finance searches, he works on all levels of Finance recruitment from entry level trainee to CFO.

With a long-term history operating as one of the sectors most established Consultants Neal is a core member of the Senior Leadership Team and responsible for the continued growth of Harrison Holgate. Neal is a Fellow member of the REC and is DipRP qualified.

Calum is a Senior Consultant with over nine years’ experience in Financial Services recruitment, where he has built a strong track record of partnering with both clients candidates across the market.

He has recently transitioned into the Insurance sector, specialising within the broking space, focusing on connecting top talent with leading firms.

Outside of work, Calum is an avid golfer and lifelong Arsenal fan. He also enjoys dog walking and unwinding watching crime documentaries.
