The dedicated broking recruitment team is made up of ex insurance market professionals and experienced recruiters. Our specialism is London market insurance, but we have had success with regional campaigns and international remits when requested to do so. Within our own desks and knowledge base we can look at entry level positions, through technical processing, broking, producing and C–suite positions. When engaging with our clients and candidate pool we have evolved a thorough screening and registration process that is fair, compliant, and fit for purpose. As we are so close to the day-to-day insurance market, both physically and intellectually, we are confident and capable of offering market insight and opinion as well as salary surveys, market mapping and recruitment campaigns.

Andy Edwards

After 14 years of London market insurance training, technical grounding and broking knowledge Andy moved to the recruitment sector. Since 1999 he has been involved in specialist insurance recruitment, covering City, National & International disciplines from claims and back office roles to brokers, underwriters, producing teams and MGAs.

Over the past 24 years Andy has built and consolidated Insurance recruitment teams for companies who operate within the London & Lloyd’s Market. More recently MGA capacity provision, M&A experience as well as high end head hunting and search assignments have been his main disciplines.

It is with this in mind that Andy joined Harrison Holgate to help develop individuals within the Insurance team, all of whom are experienced recruiters.

Sarah Moule

Sarah has 6 years’ experience in the insurance recruitment industry, starting her career at a well-known agency recruiting junior Underwriters, Brokers, Claims Adjusters and delving into the Actuarial market.

Sarah then moved to QBE Insurance to work internally and assist the Underwriting Talent Management Team.

Sarah joins Harrison Holgate on the Broking Division working across the Lloyd’s and London market.

Aaron joins Harrison Holgate’s Broking desk as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, working alongside Sarah Moule and Morgan Roberts. Aaron specialises in mid to senior broking within the insurance industry.

With over 4 years of experience as a recruiter working within Lloyd’s of London, Aaron is excited to leverage his experience and knowledge to contribute to the continued success at Harrison Holgate.

Aaron is an exceptional communicator and aims to deliver a quality service uniquely tailored to each candidate or client requirements.

Morgan Roberts

Morgan joins the Underwriting and broking team at Harrison Holgate as a Recruitment Consultant working alongside Kieran Laking-Morris and Millie Wagstaff. Morgan will be specialising in entry level through to Assistant Underwriter/Broker positions as well as Broker Technician roles from entry through to team lead within the Lloyd’s and London market.

Morgan has been working in recruitment since April 2023, with the primary focus on the insurance industry and is excited to further his knowledge and develop long lasting relationships in the market.
