A leading independent Lloyd's Insurance Broker is currently recruiting for a Business Support Manager for their London city operation
The role is to provide support and undertake activities on behalf of the Head(s) of Division in the running of their Division. In doing so, they create capacity for the Head(s) of Division to focus on client service, retention and revenue growth. The role acts as a Head of Division’s substitute for non-client facing matters and should be the ‘go-to person’ in the Division in the absence of the Divisional Leader.
Under the guidance of the Operations Director this role is accountable for the delivery of process and technology change in the Divisions they are assigned to.
The role will also, at the discretion of the Operations Director, lead and be responsible for specific change initiatives across Divisions.
Desirable experience
- London and international market insurance experience in broking house or insurer.
- Knowledge of the UK insurance broking regulatory environment.
- An understanding of the London insurance market processes.
- Project management and experience of leading change initiatives.
