Job Purpose:
  • You will be working alongside the VP, Head of London Market & Europe Underwriting Operations, the role will be responsible for identifying areas of opportunity for Continuous Improvement and work with several operational and other teams to drive change and improvement.
  • You will partner at all levels of our business, collect and analyse data, lead process optimisation functional reviews, and influence, lead and guide operational initiatives.
  • You will also be responsible for process improvement programs through the development and delivery of process improvement material and training and participate in the development and maintenance of the continuous improvement standards and methods utilizing industry best practices.
  • You will also coach and mentor other operations coordinators, process and business analysts.
Desired knowledge, skills & experience
  • Extensive Operations/Process/Change/BA experience
  • Lloyd’s and Company insurance experience is strongly preferred; but financial services may be considered.
  • Agile delivery experience and/or agile accreditations are considered a distinct advantage.
  • ISEB Business Analysis (or equivalent).
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above.
