Our client, a widely respected City based MGA, have a new opportunity for a Legal Counsel candidate, on a maternity cover basis. Areas of responsibility will include legal advisory elements (e.g. Non disclosure agreements), Lloyd’s coverholder compliance and putting together contracts as well as negotiating terms. The successful applicant will also conduct Insurance Distribution/ Broker checks and onboarding.
Applicants will need prior Legal Counsel experience, with relevant work experience – an insurance background would be preferred.
This will be a hybrid position with plenty of scope to work from home. Part time applicants would also be considered.
