Our client, a growing Lloyd's Managing Agency, seek a Senior Cyber Claims Adjuster. Responsibilities will include managing and overseeing a portfolio of Cyber claims, whilst also assisting the Crisis Management and Political Risk / Trade Credit claims teams.
Applicants will ideally have prior Cyber claims handling experience and ideally have a good knowledge of ECF. Any experience in Crisis Management and or Political Risk / Trade Credit claims isn't required, but would be useful. Candidates with a Financial Lines (PI/D&O) claims background, wanting to focus more on Cyber claims would also be considered.
This will be a hybrid role and there will be lots of scope to work from home.
Duties and Responsibilities
Enabling the proactive investigation and handling of Cyber claims from first notice of loss through ultimate resolution while ensuring service standards are adhered to.
Reporting on significant case developments and litigation trends to senior management, and other internal stakeholders; maintaining regular communication with internal clients and consulting on file strategy.
Engaging and collaborating with customers, brokers, independent adjusters and lawyers, maintaining and developing relationships.
Overseeing the selection and management of qualified, cost-effective outside counsel and other litigation vendors.
Ensuring that reserves are consistently set and maintained in line with their reserving philosophy.
Attend and lead weekly claims meetings with underwriters.
