A leading Lloyd's broker seek a Senior Claims Handler to work within their Professional Indemnity claims unit. You will be a key liaison point between the client and the insurer, ensuring that claims are administered in line with the expected standards, regulatory requirements and that an excellent service level is maintained.
Previous experience of handling UK Professional Indemnity claims is essential (ideally within a Lloyd's broker). Prior experience of using ECF would also be advantageous. This will be a hybrid role.
