My client, a market specialist MGA, is
currently looking for a proactive
Operations Assistant to join the team, supporting the
construction & commercial underwriting teams with the day-to-day operations.
You
must have experience working within the Insurance industry, working within a similar operations or accounts role. It would also be beneficial if you have previous working knowledge using
Salesforce.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with credit control, brokers, and underwriters to facilitate the reduction of aged debt and unallocated cash.
- Working closely with the bordereaux team to ensure written bordereaux are correct and issued in a timely manner and reporting to Insurers.
- Proactively and collaboratively works with the team and 3rd party providers to deliver improvements for the business’s user experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Supporting the Underwriters within the team with any administrative duties
- Establishing insured records within the Underwriting system and supporting processors with booking risks, when needed.
