A London market underwriting business which is on a rapid growth path is recruiting for a FP&A Analyst.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A the successful candidate will support with completing various monthly reporting responsibilities. This will include (but not limited to) all Board and Exco pack reporting, variance analysis for group companies and teams, detailed analysis and commentary on team/cost centre results on a monthly basis, development of KPIs, including new dashboard reports and analytics, for reporting to the management and executive teams, preparing respective recharge and journal splits for financial accounting team, implementing recommendations on process changes, maintaining the data warehouse for MI reporting, support the FP&A manager to build annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, and support on the production of investment models to review trading teams and extend out to view the 5-year plan.
Suitable candidates will ideally be part / newly qualified accountants with previous experience in FP&A, budgeting and financial reporting gained within a multi-currency environment, have good knowledge of excel with a strength in data management and have experience in budget setting, forecasting cycles and EXCO reporting.
