A leading London market insurance business is recruiting for a Reporting Accounts Assistant to strengthen the team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the non-technical accounts of the entities involving interaction with other finance team functions.
You will also assist with the technical financial Close process and production of all relevant data used in reporting, forecasting and analysis including but not limited to Group Reporting Requirements, Local Reporting Requirements, Regulatory Reporting Requirements, and other ad hoc reporting requirements.
This is an entry level role aimed at someone with about 12-18 months finance experience and most likely already studying towards their AAT qualification. Basic knowledge of debits, credits, and reconciliations is required along with solid excel skills. Full training will be given, and study support is also available.
The hybrid working model for this company is three days a week in the office with two day a week working from home.
