A rapidly growing Legacy company seek a Senior Claims Adjuster to handle APH, Casualty and Property claims. This will be a split of direct and reinsurance (Excess of Loss, Treaty and Fac) business.
The Senior Claims Adjuster is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management / settlement of claims involving a high degree of technical complexity in specified lines of business; as well as the development and execution of proactive claim management strategies.
You will report on audits of Cedants and other parties as required; including due diligence and provide technical guidance to junior members of the team in the handling of claims.
This will be a hybrid role and there is an attractive bonus and benefits package in place.
