An established Lloyd's Syndicate seek a Reinsurance Technician. You will handle all aspects of reinsurance, including Excess of Loss, Proportional/Non Proportional Treaty and Facultative Reinsurance.
Applicants should have prior Reinsurance recoveries experience and be looking for the next exciting step in their career. Any prior exposure to XL Pro would be advantageous, but isn't essential. This will be a hybrid role.
Duties and Responsibilities
Managing all post-purchase administration of owned Fac and Treaty reinsurance including:
Recording EOCs on company systems including entity/class allocations and managing outsourced work
Effecting reinsurance recoveries for facultative and XL reinsurance and monitor debt
Producing proportional treaty statements, risk bordereaux and claim bordereaux and monitor debt
Effecting premium adjustments
Collection of PCs, NCBs
Responding to broker/reinsurer queries.
