A Lloyd's Syndicate seek a Senior Claims Adjuster within their Financial Lines claims team. Responsibilities will include handling a diverse caseload of D&O, Professional Indemnity and FI claims. Our client cover a broad range of industry groups across Professional Indemnity, including SME to large global corporate risks, open market and delegated business; and FINPRO – D&O, Public Offering and Securities, Civil Liability, EPL, Crime and Fidelity etc. You will proactively adjust complex claims from their initial notification through to settlement.
You will need to act as a subject matter expert for the portfolio and collaborate with the underwriting team. Other duties will include ensuring that delegated claims are managed in accordance with company claims values; ensuring effective oversight of TPAs/Service Providers via regular reporting on key performance indicators, peer reviews, file reviews and generally sharing of best practice.
Applicants should have previous D&O, Professional Indemnity and/or Financial Institutions claims handling experience. This will be a hybrid role.
