An exciting opportunity to join an innovation and pioneering London Market (Re)Insurance company as a People and Rewards partner working within the rewards function of the business.
This a great opportunity for a HR professional with an interest to specialise in the people and rewards function to join a company and team passionate about improving employee experiences. You need to be analytical, able to interpret and present data using ideally PowerBI and ideally have experience using the Oracle system.
You will be engaging with multiple teams and internal stakeholders, dealing with sensitive information and data, responsible for internal employee benchmarking, leading on salary surveys (discuss with external partners/stakeholders), analysing gender pay gap, working the finance team closely and helping to shape the HR system.
