A City based MGA have an opportunity for a Claims Technician. You will be responsible for assisting with the day to day claims handling functions, including the administration of claims and ensuring the end to end claims process operates smoothly and efficiently within the agreed procedures and service standards.
Duties will include overseeing the production of the claims bordereaux and any associated queries.
It will involve handling a wide range of classes of business, including Cyber, Professional Indemnity, Medical Malpractice and Property claims.
