Our City based client have a brand new position within their Motor claims team. Applicants should have prior Motor claims handling experience.
This new position is to provide technical oversight of a newly acquired portfolio of Motor claims emanating from Europe. This will require close collaboration with the TPA appointed to handle this book, dealing with claims above Delegated Authority levels and ensuring the portfolio is handled efficiently and effectively in accordance with company principles. The primary role is to handle larger and more complex Motor claims across various territories, predominantly in Europe, in line with company claims handling guidelines. You will apply your knowledge and experience to proactively manage claims through to settlement, working closely with the European Motor Claims Manager in the negotiation and management of complex claims matters.
This will be a hybrid role, with scope to work from home as well as in the office.
