A Lloyd’s insurance Broker is recruiting for a Senior IBA Account handler to take on a 9-month fixed term contract working fully remotely.
Reporting to the IBA Manager the successful applicant will focus on client account management with responsibility for a portfolio of client IBA accounts.
More specifically your responsibilities will include investigation and allocation of cash, credit control, payments (both claims and return premiums) and the production of accurate and timely MI to support performance on the ledger portfolio. As a senior within the IBA Department will be required to assist where necessary with complicated queries and the training of more junior members of staff.
Suitable applicants will need to have at least 5 years of IBA experience combined with strong excel skills and be able to influence various stakeholders both internally and externally.
