Our rapidly expanding City based client have a new opening for a Senior Claims Handler within their Medical Malpractice claims team.
The primary role is to handle larger and more complex Medical Negligence claims exceeding Delegated Authority, in line with company claims handling guidelines. You will apply your knowledge and experience to proactively manage claims through to settlement, including negotiation and management of complex claims matters.
Applicants should have prior Medical Malpractice claims handling experience. Legal qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
