Our City based client have a new opening for a Claims Quality Assurance Manager. In this newly created role, you will be required to conduct quality assurance reviews and audits to monitor adherence to claims handling guidelines and delegated authorities.

You will apply your knowledge and experience to develop a quality-assurance process that ensures stable and predictable releases. You will also produce expertly considered and well documented step by step recommendations to achieve a greater process efficiency.

Applicants should have prior work experience in Claims Quality Assurance and experience in Lean/Six Sigma would be desirable but aren't essential. This is a hybrid role.
