A rapidly growing MGA is seeking a Senior IBA Technician.
This role will suit an experienced IBA specialist who is looking for an opportunity to develop existing knowledge and learn new skills.
Key accountabilities will include the reconciliation of monthly Underwriter bordereau’s and third-party ledgers, creating settlement bordereau’s and delivering to Carriers on a monthly basis, reconciling claims Payment bordereau’s, reconciling ad-hoc Facultative Reinsurance statements, allocation of paid ledger items, control, monitor, and review outstanding payables with prompt resolution of queries, be responsible for resolution and escalation of queries with clients, Processing team, and Underwriters, plus any additional duties as assigned.
This role would ideally suit someone with at least 2+ years IBA accounts experience in either a broking, insurer, or MGA environment and with the ability to multitask and meet processing SLA’s and deadlines. Any exposure to / an understanding of Sequel Eclipse would be advantageous but not essential.
This is a London City based role with 2-3 days a week spent in the office.
