A specialist global Insurance Company is currently recruiting for a Senior Operational Resilience Analyst to join their UK/London operation on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Summary
- To support the Operational Resilience Manager on all aspects of operational resilience across the business, including the continuous improvement of the Operational Resilience Framework and associated monitoring.
- Maintain operational resilience plans and processes, including communication plans. Work with stakeholders to plan exercises such as incident simulation
- Manage incidents through to satisfactory resolution in line with company policy, plans and procedures.
- Assist the Operational Resilience Manager to monitor industry and technical guidance and ensure the Operational Resilience Policy and procedures reflect the latest guidance.
- Provide stakeholder management
Experience Required
- Operational resilience, business continuity or operational risk experience, preferably in insurance.
- Proficient in Microsoft products.
- Knowledge of global regulatory guidance as it applies to operational resilience
- Prior experience of change projects and adoption of new processes. ???????
