Salary – IRO £130,000-£150,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Summary:-
- Develop and expand the Risk and Governance framework and processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee day-day Risk and Governance responsibilities of the company.
- Establish Risk and Governance strategies.
- Develop organisational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction of the business.
The ideal candidate will have:-
- 6+ years of broad Risk/Governance Management experience, providing specialist advice in the Insurance Market
- In depth knowledge of the Insurance Market
- Ideally operated at a Senior/SMF level
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- In depth knowledge of the main classes of GI and the CII’s Code of Ethics and GDPR
