Title: Underwriting Assistant

I am working on behalf of a leading Lloyd's Syndicate in search of school leavers and recent graduates looking to get into the insurance industry. If you are a high achiever with a strong academic background then please read on.
Main responsibilities:
- To assist Underwriters & Underwriting Assistants in day-to-day administration and maintenance of their class of business.
- To ensure the records are accurate and completed on time.
- Provide representation, liaison and relationship development with Lloyd’s and market bodies.
- Entry of underwriting risk data into underwriting system, including setting up new risks, amending and completing entries including aggregate entry while satisfying KPIs.
