I am currently partnered with a leading global insurer, who is looking for a Catastrophe Analyst to join their ever-growing Exposure Management team based in London. The ideal candidate will have experience modelling direct Property or Delegated Authority business.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A couple of years of experience in Catastrophe Modelling, with experience modelling direct Property or Delegated Authority business
- Excellent industry knowledge and understanding of insurance terminology
- Proficient with using RMS RiskLink
- Use AIR software for risk modelling and review outputs (desirable)
- Coding experience in SQL (desirable)
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI (desirable)
- The ability to be able to communicate complex modelling concepts to non-modellers
- A confident communicator, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels, including Underwriters.
