A highly regarded Global Insurance Broking company is currently recruiting for a Market Security Manager in their London team
Purpose
To lead and manage the Market Security Function across the international business. Ensuring the creation and rollout of policy, procedures, controls and systems to support the business’ interaction with markets and placing intermediaries, ensuring the activities are operated in a compliant and risk managed manner, ultimately with the aim of reducing the risk of markets being unable to fulfil their obligations to our clients.
Experience/Competencies:
- 3-5 years’ experience of market security and similar activity in an insurance broking environment would be advantageous.
- Experience of the (re)insurance industry/London Market/(re)insurance broking.
- An insurance or risk management qualification would be advantageous.
- Able to analyse complex situations and identify appropriate actions in response.
- Good presentation and communication skills, able to influence peers.
- An eye for detail who is able to communicate with Associates at all levels.
