An established global insurer is currently looking for a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join their IT team permanently in their London office.

You will provide 1st and 2nd line support to their London-based colleagues, as well as act as a key escalation point for the UK Support Team, ensuring a high standard of service is being delivered.

The successful candidate will be:

  • An experienced Senior Desktop Support Engineer
  • Proficient with Active Directory, Office 365, Dell hardware, and Azure or Exchange administration.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to influence and negotiate when required.
  • Experience working with an ITIL environment or ITIL-certified
  • Able to work onsite (5 days a week)
