A leading London Market insurer is actively looking for a Test Lead to join their London office for an initial 6 month contract.
You will be responsible for supporting projects in their early stages, defining their non-functional requirements to ensure the quality of 3rd party performance test delivery as well as working with the business to resolve any existing issues.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experienced Test Lead, who has led performance testing to assess the speed, scalability, and strength of an application or system under various conditions.
Proficient with using automation tools to streamline non-functional testing processes and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
Experienced in setting up and utilising monitoring tools. Logging systems to track system performance, identify issues, and ensure visibility of underlying issues causing performance challenges.
Strong leadership skills and experience with supporting a team of testers.
Confident with analysing test results.
Experience in non-functional testing outside of performance testing.
