A growing London market broker is currently looking for a
Service Delivery Analyst to join their IT team within their London office permanently.
You will be responsible for supporting the service desk team and striving to provide a 1st class service to all users across the business, as well as continue to promote the IT service models and improve the current services being provided to all users.
The successful candidate will be:
- Prior experience working in a similar Service Delivery Analyst role.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to influence and negotiate when required.
- Proficient with Office 365 product suite and Microsoft cloud services.
- ITIL certified / ITIL qualifications.
- Must be happy to work onsite (4-5 days per week)
