A global specialty insurer is looking for a Benefits Administrator to join their growing HR team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the HR benefit programmes and maintain employee benefits data Workday is kept up to date on Workday.
  • Provide support on employee benefits-related questions, research, and resolve benefits issues.
  • The reconciliation of benefit invoices
  • Keep the company intranet up to date with appropriate benefit information.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a similar HR administrative role, preferably within Insurance.
  • Benefits administration experience would be beneficial.
  • Experience with using HRIS, preferably Workday.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and be a team player.
  • IT Literate (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
