A global specialty insurer is looking for a Benefits Administrator to join their growing HR team.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the HR benefit programmes and maintain employee benefits data Workday is kept up to date on Workday.
- Provide support on employee benefits-related questions, research, and resolve benefits issues.
- The reconciliation of benefit invoices
- Keep the company intranet up to date with appropriate benefit information.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a similar HR administrative role, preferably within Insurance.
- Benefits administration experience would be beneficial.
- Experience with using HRIS, preferably Workday.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and be a team player.
- IT Literate (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
