A City based Insurance Company seek a Senior Claims Adjuster, on a 12 month contract basis. Responsibilities will include handle Motor Treaty/Excess of Loss Reinsurance claims, from first advice through to settlement. You will monitor and handle Motor Treaty and where required MGA/TPA referral claims in line with set authorities, operating standards and procedures, whilst promoting excellence at all times.

Applicants should have experience of handling Large Loss Motor Reinsurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with all Treaty partners and MGA’s/TPA’s providing oversight and monitoring of claims performance to minimise indemnity spend.
Lead monthly claims performance meetings internally with claims and underwriters as well as externally with clients.
Check and adjust case reserves and ensure adequate provision is made for outstanding liabilities.
