A market leading and global Insurance Group is currently recruiting for a Consumer Duty and Product Governance Executive for the London team.
Role Summary
In this role, you will support the execution of team activities and responsibilities, working under the mentorship of the Executive Director. You will provide advice and mentorship on Consumer Duty and Product Governance across Specialty operations, helping to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

What you'll be doing

- Assist the Consumer Duty & Product Governance team in engaging with Specialty’s four Pillar divisions.
- Develop and review frameworks and tools, including Distribution Impact Assessments, Fair Value Assessments, product approvals, and monitoring reports.
- Track and report activities to supply to a unified view of Consumer Duty & Product Governance, including committee pack preparation and information verification.
- Participate in initiatives to analyse metrics and improve frameworks.
- Review regulatory performance data to identify emerging risks and trends.
- Collaborate with teams across the business, such as Compliance, Claims, and Business Assurance, to support regulatory execution.
- Address regulatory issues or breaches, working with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Provide technical input to projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and maintain accurate records.
Who we're looking for

- Experience working in an insurance intermediary, insurer, or MGA in a compliance or related role within the first, second, or third line.
- Good knowledge of FCA requirements in relation to Consumer Duty, Product Governance and Vulnerability and experience of using and navigating the FCA handbook
- Good experience and knowledge of regulatory expectations in general and understanding of insurance, principles, products and services
- Ideally experience working with Broking teams within the Insurance industry
- Experience of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint a must, experience of Power BI would be helpful but not vital
