Underwriter - Property & Casualty (Existing Business)
A leading specialist insurer is seeking an experienced Existing Business Underwriter to join their dynamic team, focusing on a mid-market portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding an established book of business with a respected industry leader.
Salary: c.£65,000 + bonus
Location: City of London
Hybrid: 2-3 days in the office a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Underwrite and manage renewals and mid-term adjustments for mid-market Property & Casualty risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to ensure high service standards and client retention.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and support broader business strategies.
- Ensure underwriting profitability by conducting detailed risk assessments.
