Job Purpose:
Manage and enhance existing broker relationships with a primary focus on driving new business development and ensuring the retention of renewals, while serving as a key point of contact to ensure consistent service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new trading relationships and broker opportunities in the Private Client sector, collaborating with Regional Directors and commercial Business Development Managers (BDMs) to maximize results.
- Operate within an assigned geographic area (North or South of England).
- Serve as an escalation point for broker partners, providing swift and effective solutions.
- Work closely with the Director and Regional Directors to execute strategic objectives and business goals.
- Provide support and work in partnership with the underwriters.
