Our client, an established MGA, seek a Senior Energy Liability Claims Adjuster.
Responsibilities will include managing U.S. Energy Liability and Marine Liability claims received, at individual and portfolio level, optimising spend and achieving high levels of satisfaction for the insured and broker through high quality claims management, resolution, and excellent client service.
The role will involve all aspects of handling claims generated from the company’s U.S. Energy Liability account. This includes the review of claims data and underwriting documentation to ascertain validity of losses notified, handling of the claim from notification to settlement, appointing and managing lawyers and adjusters, coverage reviews, and attending mediations if applicable.
Applicants should have a proven background of handling U.S. Energy Liability claims. Marine Liability claims experience would be advantageous. This will be a hybrid role, with a fantastic working environment and an attractive salary/benefits package.
