The Role:
As a Development Underwriter, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new business, maintaining broker relationships, and supporting renewals. You’ll work collaboratively with a dynamic team to deliver tailored solutions and meet financial targets.
Requirements:
- Proven underwriting experience in Property and Casualty insurance.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the local insurance market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Degree and/or ACII qualification preferred.
- Full driving license required.
