Job Title: Pricing Manager

We are looking for a skilled
Pricing Manager to join a growing non-life insurance organisation. Reporting to the CEO and Underwriting Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring portfolio profitability and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain pricing policies, methodologies, and processes aligned with regulatory standards.
- Provide technical pricing insights for projects and new product launches.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven product and pricing strategies.
- Support growth through business case analysis and market entry recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with legal and governance requirements while managing premium rate structures.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with a commercial mindset.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and data visualisation tools like Power BI.
- Proven experience in non-life insurance pricing (preferred).
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science).
- Insurance qualification is a plus.
