Our client, a Lloyd's Managing Agency, seek a Financial Lines Claims Manager.
You will be responsible for leading a team of Financial Lines Claims Adjusters, as well as handling an interesting and varied caseload including PI, D&O, FI and W&I claims.
You will be capable of coaching and developing people's careers to ensure that they can deliver to the limit of their abilities and have a track record of objectively assessing performance, identifying opportunities and successfully delivering tailored performance improvement strategies.
Applicants should have prior Financial Lines claims handling experience and ideally exposure to managing claims staff. This will be a hybrid role and there will be fantastic long term career opportunities available.
