I am looking for an Account Handler to join a leading global insurance broker. This role requires expertise in financial lines / cross class business and involves providing technical and administrative support to broking teams while ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Account & Market Support:
- Assist broking teams with global broker support, from account receipt to market submission.
- Prepare renewal statistics and documentation for market placement.
- Produce and maintain high-quality MRC slips, endorsements, and other market documentation.

Technical Documentation & Compliance:
- Draft and issue client evidence of coverage, including debit/credit notes and related documents.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wordings, clauses, and contract certainty regulations.
- Ensure accuracy of all documentation and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Financial & Data Analysis:
- Produce and analyze bordereaux and key financial statistics, including loss ratios, triangulations, earned-to-incurred, and profit commissions.
- Keep internal systems, databases, and workflows updated to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Operational & Market Liaison:
- Use broking systems to generate documents and accounting entries accurately.
- Submit Slips and LPANs to Bureau (XIS) and utilize London Market portals, including the XIS Insurance Portal, IMR, and Lineage.
- Act as a key point of contact for global clients, handling queries and data requests promptly.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global markets, clients, and internal teams.
- Continuously review and enhance client service delivery to ensure satisfaction and retention.
