Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Lines/HNW Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at building and maintaining trust-based relationships with private clients, guiding them seamlessly through the insurance process. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, developing relationships, and working to grow and retain the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored insurance solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.

Account Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of account management, including claims handling and underwriting services.
  • Manage insurance renewal and selection processes for assigned accounts.

Risk Assessment and Coverage Placement:

  • Evaluate clients' risk exposures and recommend suitable insurance options.
  • Negotiate coverage terms and conditions with carriers to secure optimal solutions.
Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system.
  • Ensure all client and carrier documentation is properly managed.


    Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines (Home or Motor) or Mid/HNW household account handling/executive roles.
  • Familiarity with Acturis broking systems is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products and HNW client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CII) is advantageous.
  • Competitive salary between £45,000 - £55,000.
  • Flexible hybrid working model with offices in London and Billericay.
